282-697 Description

Wago 282-697 is a feed-through terminal block designed for efficient wire connection and distribution. It features CAGE-CLAMP spring connections for secure and maintenance-free wire termination. This terminal block is rated for currents up to 30A according to IEC and UL standards, and 35A according to CSA standards. It is a single-deck design that includes a test point for easy circuit testing. The terminal block is compatible with DIN-35 rail mounting, ensuring a secure fit on standard rails. It accommodates wire sizes ranging from 0.2mm² to 6mm² or #24AWG to #10AWG, both fine stranded and solid conductors. The terminal block is made from Polyamide (PA) 66, ensuring durability and resistance to environmental factors. It has a net height of 6 kV, a rated impulse voltage (Uimp) of 8 mm, and dimensions of H85mm x W8mm x D37mm. The design includes one disconnect feed-through pole (1P) and supports a control voltage of 400V according to IEC, 600V according to UL, and 300V according to CSA standards. It also features 2-wire connections (1 clamp + 1 clamp) for normally closed (NC) auxiliary contacts.
