RI90P2-QR20-LI2X2 Turck Encoders

Turck RI90P2-QR20-LI2X2 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR20 series and comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy installation. It has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The supply voltage required is 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc being nominal. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a durable Plastic Ultem housing, and it includes a 1/4" bore size. The sensor provides protection functions against short-circuit and reverse polarity incidents. It features 1 x analog output (4-20mA) and boasts a resolution of ≤0.09° with a 12-bit resolution. A green LED serves as a multifunctional visual position indicator, alongside a power ON indicator. The sensor's measurement accuracy is supported by a 0.09° resolution and a 100mA current consumption, capable of detecting angular positions ranging from 0° to +90° with a 500Hz sampling rate.
