RI90P1-QR20-LI2X2 Turck Encoders

Turck RI90P1-QR20-LI2X2 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angular position detection within a range of 0° to +90°. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is part of the Q-track QR20 series and comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads for easy integration. It has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and is housed in a rectangular, plastic Ultem casing, ensuring durability. The RI90P1-QR20-LI2X2 offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K, operates on a supply voltage of 15Vdc to 30Vdc (24Vdc nominal), and has a 6mm bore size. It features a 500Hz sampling rate, short-circuit and reverse polarity protection functions, and provides a single analog output (4-20mA) with a resolution of ≤0.09° / 12-bit. Additionally, it includes a green LED for visual position indication and power status, with a measurement accuracy corresponding to its resolution and a current consumption of 100mA.
