RI90P2-QR20-LI2X2-H1141 Turck Encoders

Turck RI90P2-QR20-LI2X2-H1141 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a blind hole shaft that is washdown-resistant, making it suitable for harsh environments. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy installation. As part of the Q-track QR20 series, it has dimensions of H63mm x W72mm x D20mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 15Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage, and is housed in a rectangular, plastic Ultem casing. It provides a sampling rate of 500Hz and includes a 1/4" bore size. For safety, it features protection against short-circuits and reverse polarity. The sensor offers one analog output (4-20mA) and boasts a resolution of ≤0.09° with a 12-bit resolution. A green LED serves as both a multifunctional visual position indicator and a power-on indicator. It achieves a measurement accuracy with a 0.09° resolution, consumes 100mA of current, and can measure angular positions from 0° to +90°.
