BI30U-CK40-AP6X2-H1141 Description

Turck BI30U-CK40-AP6X2-H1141 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-CK40 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a housing made of PBT-GF20-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, with a sensing face of PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity, and it has a short rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as the Stubby shape. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP68, making it suitable for harsh environments. The sensor can switch at frequencies up to 250Hz and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10°C to +60°C. It has a response time of 8ms or 0.008 seconds and includes 1 digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.). The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions, and it has a sensing distance of 30mm. Protection features include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection. The control circuit is rated for a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
