BI30U-CP40-AP6X2/S10 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck BI30U-CP40-AP6X2/S10 is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-CP40 series. This sensor features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a PBT-GF30-V0 (glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing and a PA6-GF30-X (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-equipped wiring chamber terminal block and a 1/2"-14 NPT entry. The sensor has a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm (Combiprox) with a terminal chamber. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -10°C and +60°C. With a response time of 8ms / 0.008 s, it includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The sensing distance is 30mm, and it features protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at a current of 200mA / 0.2 A, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
