RI-96HA1T-2F500-H1181 Turck Encoders

Turck RI-96HA1T-2F500-H1181 is an incremental rotary encoder designed for flange with torque stop mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +85°C and features a through hollow shaft flange design for optical sensing. This encoder is equipped with a radial 8-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for connectivity. As part of the Type RI-96 series, it measures H80mm x W68mm x D50mm with a 2" casing diameter and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. The supply voltage requirement ranges from 5Vdc to 30Vdc, supporting 6Vdc, 12Vdc, and 24Vdc systems. It can handle a pulse frequency up to 300kHz. The encoder's housing, shaft, flange, and connector are made from rugged stainless steel 1.4305 (303), with a fluoropolymer elastomer seal. It features a 3/8" hollow shaft bore and provides one digital output (push-pull with inverting signal; 5Vdc-30Vdc). Protection functions include short-circuit and magnetic field proofing. The mechanical limit for rotational speed is 6000rpm, with a moment of inertia at 1.8 x 10-6kg.m2. It offers a resolution of 500ppr (pulses/revolution) and consumes 50mA of current with no load. The maximum radial and axial loads are 80 N and 40 N, respectively.
