BC3-S12-AP6X Turck Capacitive Sensors

Turck BC3-S12-AP6X is a capacitive proximity sensor/switch that belongs to the BC...-S12 series. This embeddable design operates with a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It features a housing and sensing face made of PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, and a PVC cable jacket. The sensor is connected via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads. Its shape is an M12 partially threaded barrel, offering an IP67 degree of protection. The maximum switching frequency is 100Hz, and it can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensor has one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.), with a no-load current consumption of 15mA and a sensing distance of 3mm.
