Schneider Electric ATV61HC63N4D is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio that can be set at 2 points, 5 points, or for energy saving. It features sensorless flux vector control in standard or energy-saving modes and vector control without speed feedback, capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. This model comes with a built-in EMC filter, a built-in heatsink, and a coated version without a DC choke. It operates on a supply voltage of 323-528Vac, supporting 380Vac, 400Vac, 480Vac, and 500Vac nominal voltages, and has dimensions of H1390mm x W1120mm x D377mm. The ATV61HC63N4D is designed with conformal coating for enhanced chemical resistance, an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection, and supports a rated current of 1188A at 460Vac and 2.5kHz, with a maximum current of 1425.6A for 60 seconds. It is suitable for wall mounting and uses Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. This 3-phase network-compatible device outputs frequencies ranging from 0.1 to 500 Hz and includes 1 analog output, 5 programmable digital inputs plus 1 additional digital input that can be programmed as discrete or PTC input, and 2 digital outputs. It also features 2 analog inputs and has a current consumption profile suited for applications requiring 560kW to 630kW of rated active power, equivalent to 800HP to 900HP.
