Schneider Electric ATV61HD90M3X is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 61 series designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio that supports 2 points, 5 points, and energy-saving modes. It features sensorless flux vector control in standard and energy-saving configurations, and vector control without speed feedback capable of delivering 120% of the nominal motor torque. This model comes with a built-in heatsink in a coated version for enhanced durability, operates on a supply voltage of 170-264Vac (200Vac / 220Vac / 230Vac / 240Vac nom.), and measures H1022mm x W360mm x D377mm. It has a conformal coating for chemical resistance, an IP20 UL type 1 degree of protection, and supports a rated current of 359A at 230Vac; 2.5kHz with a maximum current of 431A for 60 seconds. Designed for wall mounting, it uses Modbus and CANopen communication protocols, is compatible with a 3-phase network, and outputs frequencies from 0.1-500 Hz. The device includes 1 analog output (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), 5 digital inputs (24Vdc; sink/source) plus 1 additional digital input programmable as discrete or PTC input and another for PWR safety, along with 1 digital output (C/O SPDT relay contact) and 1 digital output (NO relay contact). It also features 1 analog input (-10...+10Vdc) and 1 analog input (0-10Vdc / 0-20mA), with a current consumption of 336A at 200Vac and 288A at 240Vac.
