EX-Z11FB-R Panasonic Retroreflective Sensors

Panasonic EX-Z11FB-R is a photo-electric sensor designed with a PBT housing and a polycarbonate lens. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67. This sensor emits red light and can detect objects as small as 0.3mm. It features an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability, with a response time of 500µs (0.0005 s). The device includes 1 digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 20mA) and operates in Dark-ON mode. The sensing distance is set at 0.05m (5cm, 50mm), and it incorporates protection against outputs short-circuit. This ultra-miniature photoelectric sensor is a thru-beam emitter+receiver pair with front sensing, a bending-resistant cable, and built-in amplification. It connects via a pre-wired 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 cabtyre cable with bare end flying leads. The cable consists of 2 cores, and the sensor has a wavelength of 650 nm with a measurement accuracy (repeatability) of 20µm.
