EX-Z13FA-R Panasonic Retroreflective Sensors

Panasonic EX-Z13FA-R is a photo-electric sensor designed with a PBT housing and a polycarbonate lens, suitable for ambient air temperatures ranging from -10 to +55°C. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and utilizes red light for detection, capable of identifying objects as small as 1mm. This sensor features an orange LED for operation indication and a green LED for stability, with a rapid response time of 500µs. It includes 1 digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 20mA) and operates in Light-ON mode. The EX-Z13FA-R has a sensing distance of 0.5m and is equipped with output short-circuit protection. It is characterized as an ultra-miniature photoelectric sensor thru-beam emitter+receiver pair with front sensing, a bending-resistant cable, and built-in amplification. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 2m 3-core (2-core on emitter side) 0.1mm2 cabtyre cable with bare end flying leads. The cable consists of 2 cores and the sensor operates with a wavelength of 650 nm, achieving a measurement accuracy with 50µm repeatability.
