Anybus by HMS Networks AB7564-F is a gateway within the X-gateway IIoT series designed for IIoT applications. It features a vertical or flat installation position with galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via a USB port using the Anybus Configuration Manager software. This part incorporates a ControlNet adapter and an OPC UA-MQTT Ethernet dual-port cut-through switch, along with 2 x configuration switches (x10 / x1) and 10 x LED indicators for fieldbus, sub-network, and device status monitoring. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, ensuring durability and resilience. It offers an IP20 and NEMA 1 degree of protection and is designed for DIN rail mounting. The communication protocols supported are ControlNet and OPC UA. The AB7564-F operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +65 °C, with a current consumption of 400mA (max) and 200mA (typical) at 24Vdc. It is designed for storage in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85 °C and can operate in environments with 5-95% relative humidity (non-condensing). The Ethernet speed is 10/100Mbit/s, and the ControlNet speed is 5Mbit/s.
