Anybus by HMS Networks AB7565-F is a gateway designed for IIoT applications, part of the X-gateway IIoT series. It features a vertical or flat installation position with galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. The I/O configuration is manageable via USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software. This model incorporates a FIPIO slave and OPC UA-MQTT Ethernet dual-port cut-through switch, along with 2 x node address switches (x10 / x1) and 10 x LED indicators for fieldbus/sub-network/device status. It operates on a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made from aluminium and plastic, featuring connection types that include 2 x RJ45 connectors for 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet (full/half duplex), 1 x 9-pin D-sub male connector for FIPIO, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power (X3), and 1 x USB connector (X4). It offers an IP20 NEMA 1 degree of protection and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The communication protocol supported is FIPIO OPC UA. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25...+65 °C and can withstand storage temperatures from -40...+85 °C. The current consumption is 400mA (24Vdc; max.) and 200mA (typical), with a humidity tolerance of 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing). The Ethernet speed is 10/100Mbit/s, and the FIPIO speed is 1Mbit/s.
