About the product
Anybus by HMS Networks AB7510-F is a gateway designed for protocol translation within the X-gateway series. It functions as a CANopen slave and PROFINET-IRT device, featuring Ethernet dual-port cut-through switch, 2 x node address switches (x10 / x1), 1 x baud rate switch, and 10 x LED indicators for fieldbus, sub-network, and device status. The gateway allows for I/O configuration via a USB port using Anybus Configuration Manager software and supports installation in vertical or flat positions with galvanic isolation on both BUS/Ethernet sides. It operates with a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has dimensions of H127mm x W44mm x D114mm. The housing is made of aluminium and plastic, and connection types include 2 x RJ45 connectors for 10/100Mbit/s Ethernet (full duplex, fixed), 1 x 9-pin D-sub male connector for CANopen, 1 x 2-poles 5.08mm plug-in screw connector for power (X3), and 1 x USB connector (X4). It offers a degree of protection of IP20 NEMA 1 and is designed for DIN rail mounting. The communication protocols supported are CANopen and PROFINET, with an ambient air temperature for operation ranging from -25 to +65°C and for storage from -40 to +85°C. The current consumption is 400mA (24Vdc; max.) and 200mA (typical), with a speed of 10/100Mbit/s for PROFINET and 10kbit/s to 1Mbit/s for CANopen slave. It is designed to operate in environments with 5-95% relative humidity (RH; non-condensing).
