VTBP6RQ Banner Pick-to-Light Sensors

Banner Engineering VTBP6RQ is a pick-to-light sensor with a polysulfone upper housing and a polycarbonate (PC) base, designed for a variety of industrial applications. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, NEMA 1, NEMA 3, NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, NEMA 12, and NEMA 13, ensuring durability in diverse environments. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +50°C and can be mounted on a surface or flush within a 30mm hole. It features a momentary job light (R; Red) that is ON or flashing when the job input is active, and its capacitive touch-sensitive output is activated with a touch, providing a Normally Open (NO) touch output. The VTBP6RQ includes 1 x digital output (12-30Vdc; PNP) for touch and 1 x digital input (12-30Vdc; NPN/PNP) for JOB color control. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Euro-style QD connector for easy connection, consumes 120mA of current, and has a saddle/yoke-shaped body in black. The sensor operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and features LED illumination for clear signaling, enhancing its function as a capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light component.
