About the product
Banner Engineering SM2A30SRLQD is a photo-electric sensor designed for through-beam system applications, part of the SM30 series. This sensor operates as a receiver alone, featuring "A" modulation frequency and is washdown rated. It is housed in stainless steel, ensuring durability, and comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 7/8" mini connector for easy installation. The sensor is designed to work with a supply voltage ranging from 24Vac to 240Vac, with nominal voltages at 200Vac and 220Vac. It can operate in ambient air temperatures from -40 to +70°C. With an IP67, NEMA 6P, and IP69K degree of protection, it is well-suited for harsh environments. The sensor has a cylindrical M30 threaded/barrel shape, includes 1 digital output (Solid-state AC output), and offers a sensing distance of up to 150m. It utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 880 nm and has a quick response time of 10ms. The operating mode is Light-ON.
