Banner Engineering SLLE23-1820P8 is a safety light curtain from the LS series type 4 safety light curtains, designed specifically for hand detection with a resolution of 23mm. This unit, functioning as an emitter alone, is encased in an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and zinc end caps, ensuring durability. It features a pre-wired 300mm pigtail terminated with an 8-pin Euro-style M12 connector for straightforward connection. The protective height of this model is 1820mm, and it comes in a yellow housing. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C. With an IP65 and IP67 degree of protection, it is well-suited for various industrial environments. The SLLE23-1820P8 has a net width of 36mm, a height of 1821mm, and a depth of 45mm. It offers a sensing distance of 10cm to 12m and includes two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) and one digital output for emitter fault (24Vdc; sourcing/PNP transistor; 70mA). Additionally, it features one digital input for EDM (10Vdc-30Vdc; 30mA) and one for scan code input (10Vdc-30Vdc; 30mA), with a response time of 26.9ms.
