Banner Engineering S186E-806910 is a photo-electric sensor from the S18 DC series, designed as a through-beam system or opposed mode low power emitter. It features a thermoplastic housing with a polycarbonate lens. This sensor is pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. It operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -40 and +70 degrees Celsius. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P. The sensor has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, with a sensing distance of up to 20 meters. It utilizes infrared light with a wavelength of 950 nm and has an M18 thread size.
