Banner Engineering QS18EK6DQ8 is a photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +70°C and incorporates a diffuse mode with TEACH mode for adaptable sensing. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin Euro-style M12 connector, making it part of the QS18 Expert series. It offers a high degree of protection with an IP67 NEMA 6 rating, ensuring durability in various environments. The QS18EK6DQ8 operates on a supply voltage of 10Vdc to 30Vdc, with 12Vdc and 24Vdc as nominal values, and is housed in a thermoplastic casing with a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. It supports IO-Link communication protocol for enhanced connectivity and control.
