About the product
Banner Engineering QS18UPA is an ultrasonic distance sensor belonging to the QS18U series. It features an M18 threaded mount and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C. This sensor is designed with a time-of-flight system and TEACH mode for precise distance measurement. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads for easy installation. The QS18UPA offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 NEMA 6P, ensuring durability in various environmental conditions. It requires a supply voltage of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal, and operates at a 300kHz transmission frequency. The sensor's housing is made from ABS material, providing a robust structure.
