Banner Engineering Q45VR2F W/30 is a photo-electric fiber optic sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M30 threaded mount for secure installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +70°C and is equipped with a potentiometer for precise adjustment. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30ft / 9m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, ensuring easy integration into various systems. It requires a supply voltage of 90Vac-250Vac, with nominal values at 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac. Part of the Q45VR2 series, it offers an IP67 NEMA 6P degree of protection, indicating a robust thermoplastic housing with glass fiber reinforcement suitable for harsh environments. The sensor emits infrared light at a wavelength of 880 nm and can operate in both Light-ON and Dark-ON modes for increased application flexibility. It features a single digital output (SPDT relay contact) and boasts a quick response time of 15ms / 0.015 s.
