Banner Engineering Q240RA-CN-AF2LQ is a narrow-beam adjustable-field radar sensor designed with a time-of-flight system and approved by China Telecom. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40 to +65 °C and is housed in a polycarbonate (PC) material, ensuring durability within specified environmental conditions. This sensor is part of the Q240R series and features a rectangular shape with a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for various industrial applications. It is pre-equipped with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for connectivity and operates on a supply voltage range of 12Vdc to 30Vdc, with 24Vdc as the nominal voltage. The sensor's transmission frequency spans from 24.050GHz to 24.250GHz within the ISM band, and it can detect objects within a sensing distance of 3.5 to 100 meters. It offers two digital outputs (PNP/NPN transistor) and supports both Normally Open (NO) and Normally Closed (NC) operating modes.
