PVD225QNA-73490 Banner Pick-to-Light Sensors

Banner Engineering PVD225QNA-73490 is a photo-electric array sensor designed for a variety of applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C and features a net height of 15 mm. This sensor supports both diffuse and retro-reflective sensing modes and comes pre-wired with a 6" / 150mm PVC cable pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 connector. The dimensions include a 225mm array length, with a net width of 30 mm and a net depth of 267 mm, housed in an aluminium body with an acrylic clear window. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP62 NEMA 2 and requires a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.). The rectangular-shaped sensor has a sensing distance of up to 2m in retro-reflective mode and 400mm in diffuse mode. It emits light in green and red colors, with wavelengths of 525 nm and 625 nm, respectively. The operating modes include NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed), and it features 1 x digital output (PNP/NPN transistor) with a current consumption of 88mA / 0.088 A.
