TBIP-L5-4FDI-4FDX Turck I/O Modules

Turck TBIP-L5-4FDI-4FDX is a remote I/O controller within the TBIP safety series, designed with auxiliary power for Ethernet/IP and CIP safety. This safety digital block I/O module features a fiberglass reinforced PA6-GF30 housing and stainless steel 303 screws. It offers connectivity through 8 x 5-pin M12 female connectors for 4 safety I/O ports and 4 safety input ports, 2 x 4-pin M12 female connectors for FIELDBUS, and 2 x 5-pin 7/8" male and female connectors for voltage supply. The supply voltage requirement is 20.4-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. It is designed for surface mounting and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40 to +70°C. The TBIP-L5-4FDI-4FDX provides a degree of protection rated at IP65, IP67, and IP69K. Its dimensions are 60.4 mm in width, 230.4 mm in height, and 39 mm in depth. The module supports Ethernet/IP communication protocol and operates at speeds of 10Mbps and 100Mbps. It features 4 x digital inputs (SIL3 fail-safe OSSD inputs) and 4 x digital inputs (SIL3 fail-safe configurable channels; 4 of these inputs can be configured as 4DO fail-safe digital outputs).
