RI360P2-QR14-ELIU5X2 Turck Encoders

Turck RI360P2-QR14-ELIU5X2 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and features a blind hole shaft with increased resolution, making it suitable for washdown applications. This sensor is pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, falling under the Q-track QR14 series. It has dimensions of H49mm x W54mm x D14mm and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68 and IP69K. The supply voltage required is 15Vdc-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. Its rectangular shape is constructed from a plastic PBT-GF30-V0 housing, and it includes a 1/4" bore size. The sensor features protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity incidents. It provides one analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 16-bit resolution) and boasts a resolution of ≤0.09° with 12-bit resolution. A green LED serves as a visual position indicator and power-on indicator. The measurement accuracy is ≤0.025% of full scale, with a current consumption of 100mA, and it can measure angular positions from 0° to +360°. The sensor has a frequency of 800Hz sampling rate.
