Turck RI360P0-QR24M0-ELIU5X2-H1151/CS15455 is a contactless rotary inductive angle sensor designed for precise angle measurement. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +85°C and features a through hollow shaft design for increased resolution, making it suitable for washdown environments. This sensor is equipped with a 5-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy integration. As part of the Q-track QR24 series, it has dimensions of H78mm x W81mm x D24mm and offers a high degree of protection with IP68 and IP69K ratings. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 15Vdc-30Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and has a rectangular shape. It operates at a frequency of 5kHz with a sampling rate of 5000Hz. The housing is made of ZnAlCu1 metal and Plastic PA12-GF30, ensuring durability. It includes protection functions against short-circuit, wire-break, and reverse polarity. The sensor provides one analog output (0-10Vdc / 4-20mA; 16-bit resolution) for versatile connectivity. It features a 16-bit resolution for high precision, with visual position indicators through green and yellow LEDs for power and measuring range, respectively. The measurement accuracy is ≤ 0.01% of full scale, with a current consumption of 50mA, and it can measure angular positions from 0° to +360°.
