Red Lion PXU31DC0 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It features a 4-20mA control analog output and a secondary relay control output, configured in a 1/8 DIN vertical format with dimensions of W49.5mm x H96.5mm (1.89" x 3.77"). The display consists of 12mm orange/green digits, enhancing visibility. As part of the PXU PID controllers series, it offers an IP65 NEMA 4X degree of protection, ensuring durability in various environments. The controller is powered by a 24Vdc supply voltage and supports a 10Hz analog input sampling rate. Communication is facilitated through an RS-485 protocol. It includes 1 digital output (contact type) for secondary control output 2, and 2 analog inputs for versatile connectivity: one supporting multiple signal types including thermocouples (T, E, J, K, R, S, B, N, L, U, TXK) and RTD with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy, and another for remote setpoint input across various signal ranges.
