Red Lion PXU31B20 is a digital temperature/process PID controller designed for flush mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +50°C. It supports a network frequency of 50/60 Hz and features a design that includes 1 user input RS-485, C.T. input, 4-20mA control analog output, and a secondary relay control output. The device fits a 1/16 DIN (48x48mm) form factor with display digits of 11mm orange / 7mm green. It accepts a supply voltage (AC) of 100-240Vac, covering a wide range of standard voltages. As part of the PXU PID controllers series, it measures 1/16 DIN (W48mm x H48mm / 1.89" x 1.89") and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65 NEMA 4X. The controller has a 10Hz analog input sampling rate and utilizes the RS-485 communication protocol. It includes 1 x digital output (contact type) for secondary control output 2, 1 x analog input supporting various signal types with a 100ms sample period and 0.1 to 1° accuracy, and features heater current monitoring for protection. Additionally, it has 1 x digital input for user input and 1 x analog output (4-20mA) for the main control output.
