Pilz PILZ-632132 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection, capable of detecting opaque objects of 300mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and has a net height of 1504 mm. This robust type emitter and receiver pair falls under the PSEN opII4B sub-range, featuring a protective height of 1500mm and a degree of protection rated at IP65. It utilizes a 5-pin M12 connector for both the emitter and receiver connections. The supply voltage required is 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc. Constructed with an aluminium housing, zinc end cap, and PC front screen, it has dimensions of 35 mm in width and 40 mm in depth, supporting a maximum cable length of 50m. The sensing distance ranges from 10m to 55m, using infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. Power consumption is max 1.5 W for the emitter and max 2.5 W for the receiver without load. It features 2 x digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, with a response time of 5.4ms / 0.0054 s with beam coding and 11.7ms / 0.0117 s. The ambient air temperature for storage is rated at -25 to +70°C.
