PILZ-632125 Pilz Safety Light Curtains

Pilz PILZ-632125 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection, capable of detecting opaque objects with a minimum size of 300mm. This emitter and receiver pair falls under the PSEN opII4B sub-range and features a robust design with an aluminium housing, zinc end caps, and a PC front screen. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 600mm. The device connects via 5-pin M12 connectors for both the emitter and receiver, ensuring a secure connection. With dimensions of 604mm in height, 35mm in width, and 40mm in depth, it is designed for a sensing distance between 10m and 55m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. The safety light curtain operates on a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. It features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, a response time ranging from 5.2ms with beam coding to 11.7ms, and is protected against ingress with an IP65 rating. The maximum cable length supported is 50m, and it can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C.
