Pilz PILZ-632113 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 300mm across an operating range of 10m to 55m. This emitter and receiver pair, part of the PSEN opII3B sub-range, features a robust design with an aluminium housing, zinc end caps, and a PC front screen. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60 °C for operation and -25 to +70 °C for storage. The device offers a protective height of 1200mm and dimensions of 1204mm in height, 35mm in width, and 40mm in depth. It connects via 5-pin M12 connectors for both the emitter and receiver, ensuring a secure connection. The PILZ-632113 is designed to work with a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. It features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, an infrared LED light source with a wavelength of 850 nm, and a degree of protection rated at IP65, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The response time is 5.2ms / 0.0052 s with beam coding and 11.7ms / 0.0117 s, with a maximum cable length of 50m.
