Pilz PILZ-632110 is a safety light curtain designed for body protection, capable of detecting opaque objects with a minimum size of 300mm. It features an emitter and receiver pair with a robust design, housed in aluminium with zinc end caps and a PC front screen. This unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +60°C and offers a protective height of 600mm. It utilizes a 5-pin M12 connector for both the emitter and receiver, falling under the PSEN opII3B sub-range. The device has a net height of 604mm, a width of 35mm, and a depth of 40mm. It supports a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc, with a nominal voltage of 24Vdc, and has a maximum power consumption of 1.5W for the emitter and 2.5W for the receiver without load. The sensing distance ranges from 10m to 55m, using infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850nm. It features two digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, with a response time of 5.2ms with beam coding and 11.7ms. The device is IP65 rated and can be used with cable lengths up to 50m. It is designed for storage in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70°C.
