Pilz PILZ-632067 is a safety light curtain designed for hand protection, capable of detecting 30mm opaque objects across an operating range of 0.2m to 18m. It features a robust design with an aluminium housing, zinc end caps, and a PC front screen, ensuring durability. This model, part of the PSEN opII4H sub-range, operates with a supply voltage of 18-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nom.) and has a net height of 1354 mm, width of 35 mm, and depth of 40 mm. The light curtain uses infrared LED (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm and has a protective height of 1350mm. It is equipped with a 5-pin M12 connector for both the emitter and receiver, supporting a maximum cable length of 50m. The device is designed to work within an ambient air temperature range of -10...+60 °C for operation and -25...+70 °C for storage. It offers a degree of protection of IP65, making it suitable for various industrial environments. The power consumption is max. 1.5 W for the emitter and max. 2.5 W for the receiver without load. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (100mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs and has a response time of 10.4ms / 0.0104 s with beam coding and 22.3ms / 0.0223 s.
