Pilz PILZ-631126 is a safety light curtain designed for finger protection, capable of detecting opaque objects as small as 14mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C and offers a protective height of 150mm. This model features a slim design without a dead zone, thanks to its cascading option, and includes an emitter and receiver pair. It connects via 5-pin M12 connectors for both the emitter and receiver. Classified under the Slim sub-range, it has dimensions of 150mm in height, 15.4mm in width, and 32.6mm in depth, with a maximum cable length of 20m. The PILZ-631126 boasts an IP65 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. Its construction includes an aluminium housing, die-cast zinc alloy end caps, and a PMMA front screen. The sensing distance ranges from 0.2m to 6m, utilizing infrared LED light with a wavelength of 850 nm. Power consumption is max 1.6 W for the emitter and max 4.2 W for the receiver. It features 15 beams with a 14mm beam gap, two digital outputs (500mA) for the receiver OSSD outputs, and response times of 7ms for cascading and 20ms. The device is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range for storage of -25 to +70°C.
