Product description
Panasonic FX-505-C2 is an amplifier designed for sensor applications, featuring a digital fiber sensor amplifier with a red LED and a 2m cable. It includes functions such as interference prevention, OFF-delay/ON-delay timer ranging from 0.05ms to 32s, one-shot timer, three light emission levels plus an auto-setting (H-SP mode), hysteresis, shift amount, emission power, display turning, ECO, data bank loading saving, copying, code, reset, logical calculation settings, and threshold tracking. The case cover is made of polycarbonate, and the switch is TPEE. It comes pre-wired with a 2m 6-core cabtyre cable terminated with bare flying leads. The FX-505-C2 offers outputs short-circuit protection, is mounted on a DIN rail, and operates with a wavelength of 643 nm. It is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -10 to +55 °C and has an IP40 degree of protection. The cable consists of 6 cores, and it features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; 2ms response time). Its operating modes include Light-ON and Dark-ON, with a current consumption of 40mA / 0.04 A under normal conditions and 28mA / 0.028 A in eco mode at 24Vdc. The digital outputs include 1 x digital output (NPN open-collector / 24Vdc / 100mA), and it has a variable response time from 25µs to 24ms depending on the setting. The display is a combination of a 4-digit red LED and a 3-digit green LED, supporting a time delay function from 0.05ms to 32s. Power consumption is 0.96 W under normal conditions and 0.68 W in eco mode.
