AWB5221 HMS Networks Industrial Automation Components

Anybus by HMS Networks AWB5221 is a Wireless LAN (WLAN) unit designed to function as a wireless (WLAN) router with cellular standards LTE cat.4 2x2 MIMO and 4G/3G/2G fallback capabilities. It supports LTE-FDD bands 1 through 28, LTE-TDD bands 38 through 41, and WCDMA bands 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 19. The data speeds can reach up to 150Mbit/s for LTE-FDD download and 50Mbit/s for upload, with LTE-TDD, HSPA, EDGE, and GPRS offering varying speeds. It includes GNSS support for GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, and BeiDou. The unit has an ingress protection rating of IP31 and offers both panel mount and DIN rail mount options with the included bracket. Configuration can be managed via CGI WebGUI, SSH, Telnet, or SNMP. The design features 2 SIM card slots, a 4G cellular modem (LTE), 8 LED indicators, a reset button, and is housed in an aluminium/steel casing. It requires a supply voltage of 8-32Vdc and has dimensions of H200mm x W51mm x D126mm. Connection options include 1 RJ45 WAN connector, 8 RJ45 LAN connectors, 5 RP-SMA female connectors for external antennas, 1 4-pin removable plug-in terminal connector, and 1 USB type A connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and can handle humidity levels of 5-95% RH non-condensing. The unit also features 2 digital outputs and is rated for a power consumption of 4.8W max.
