Festo ELGR-TB-55-800-0H is an electric linear actuator designed with a high-alloy stainless steel belt pulley, an anodized wrought Aluminium alloy drive cover, an anodized high-alloy stainless steel profile, an anodized wrought Aluminium alloy slide, and a nylon-coated polychloroprene with glass cord (PC-rubber) toothed belt. It features Beryllium bronze (BeCu) for toothed belt clamping. This actuator operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10°C to +50 °C, can handle a maximum radial load of 300 N, and a maximum axial load of 350 N. It offers a speed of up to 3m/s and can accelerate up to 50m/s^2. The ELGR series actuator, designed with a recirculating ball bearing guide and toothed belt drive, has a stroke length of 800mm and operates with a 3mm pitch. The torque is rated at 0.4Nm for no-load or minimum driving conditions.
