Festo ELGR-TB-55-300-0H is an electric linear actuator designed with a high-alloy stainless steel belt pulley, an anodized wrought Aluminium alloy drive cover, an anodized high-alloy stainless steel profile, and an anodized wrought Aluminium alloy slide. It features a nylon-coated polychloroprene with glass cord (PC-rubber) toothed belt and Beryllium bronze (BeCu) toothed belt clamping. This actuator operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10°C to +50 °C, can handle a maximum radial load of 300 N, and a maximum axial load of 350 N. It offers a speed of up to 3m/s and can accelerate up to 50m/s^2. Part of the ELGR series, this model is designed with a recirculating ball bearing guide and is driven by a toothed belt, sized 55, with a 300mm stroke length (S300mm) and a 3mm pitch. It requires a minimum driving torque of 0.4Nm with no load.
