SLPVAP25-550 Description
Banner Engineering SLPVAP25-550 is a safety light curtain from the LP Basic series designed for hand detection with a resolution of 25mm. This unit features an emitter and receiver pair housed in yellow aluminum with acrylic lens and die-cast zinc end caps. It offers a protective height of 550mm and is pre-wired with a 300mm pigtail terminated with an RD connector and bare end flying leads for connectivity. The SLPVAP25-550 operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. It is rated with an IP54 degree of protection, ensuring durability against dust and splashing water. The device has a net width of 28mm, a height of 549mm, and a depth of 26mm. It features a 25mm beam spacing/pitch and provides a sensing distance from 10cm to 4m. The light curtain emits infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 850 nm and has a response time of 11ms. Additionally, it is equipped with 2 x digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) for integration into safety systems.
