Banner Engineering SLLR14-630P5 is a safety light curtain designed as part of the LS series type 4 safety light curtains, focusing on providing a safety barrier using infrared light. This unit, specifically a receiver, is encased in an aluminium housing with an acrylic lens and zinc end caps, ensuring durability. It comes pre-wired with a 300mm pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin Euro-style M12 connector for straightforward integration. The device offers a protective height of 630mm and features a yellow housing. It operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage and can function within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55°C. With an IP65 and IP67 rating, it is well-protected against dust and water ingress. The SLLR14-630P5 measures 36mm in width, 634mm in height, and 45mm in depth. It is designed with a 14mm beam spacing/pitch for finger detection and offers a sensing distance between 10cm and 12m. The light curtain provides two digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) and one digital output (24Vdc; 100mA; sourcing/PNP transistor) for CSSI status output. Its response time is 20.1ms, and it operates with an infrared light color at a wavelength of 850 nm, ensuring precise detection and safety measures.
