S18RW3DQ Description
Banner Engineering S18RW3DQ is a photo-electric sensor from the S18 AC series, designed with a diffuse mode. It features a thermoplastic housing and an acrylic lens. This sensor is pre-equipped with a 5-pin 1/2" micro connector for connectivity. It operates on a supply voltage range of 20Vac-250Vac, with nominal voltages of 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -40 and +70 degrees Celsius. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, IP69K, and NEMA 6P. The sensor has an M18 cylindrical threaded/barrel shape, with a digital output that is a solid-state AC output with SPST contact type. Its sensing distance is 100mm, and it utilizes infrared (IR) light with a wavelength of 880 nm. The response time is 16ms or 0.016 seconds, and it operates in a Dark-ON mode. The thread size is M18.
