Banner Engineering QS18APWLP is a polarized photo-electric sensor designed for versatile applications, featuring an M18 threaded mount for easy installation. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C and is built in a rectangular shape with a thermoplastic housing and a Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) lens. This sensor is part of the QS18 universal voltage series and offers a retro-reflective mode with potentiometer adjustment. It comes pre-wired with a 6.5ft / 2m cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, supporting a wide supply voltage range of 20Vac-140Vac (120Vac nom.) for AC and 20Vdc-140Vdc (24Vdc / 48Vdc / 120Vdc nom.) for DC. The QS18APWLP provides a sensing distance of up to 3.5m and emits a visible red light. It features a single digital output (PNP MOSFET transistor) and operates in Light-ON mode with a response time of 8.3ms / 0.0083 s.
