PVD225Q Description
Banner Engineering PVD225Q is a photo-electric array sensor designed for a variety of applications requiring diffuse or retro-reflective sensing modes. It operates within an ambient air temperature of up to +50°C and features a net height of 15 mm. This sensor is pre-wired with a 2m PVC cable pigtail that terminates with a 5-pin M12 connector, ensuring easy installation. The dimensions include a 225mm array length, with a rectangular shape, and it is housed in aluminium with an acrylic clear window. The net width and depth are 30 mm and 267 mm, respectively. It offers a sensing distance of up to 2m in retro-reflective mode and 400mm in diffuse mode. The PVD225Q emits light in both green and red colors, with wavelengths of 525 nm and 625 nm, respectively. It features a degree of protection rated at IP62 NEMA 2 and operates on a supply voltage of 12Vdc-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal.
