Banner Engineering PTL110S-L-QPS150 is a scalable versatile capacitive touch-sensitive pick-to-light node designed for surface or pipe mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +50°C and features fixed field sensing with PICK IQ serial communication, compatible with RS-485 / Modbus RTU, and LED illumination. This part is pre-wired with two 6" / 15cm PVC shielded pigtails terminated with 5-pin M12 Euro-style QD connectors. It offers an IP54 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 10Vdc-30Vdc (12Vdc-24Vdc nom.). The rectangular-shaped body is made from ABS housing, with a polycarbonate indicator and acrylic lens, in black housing with a gray window. It has a 200mm sensing range and supports both momentary or latched operating modes, configurable via serial communication, with a current consumption of 155mA.
