About the product
Banner Engineering EZLSA-HTE-R23-1050 is a safety light curtain designed for hand detection with a resolution of 23mm and a protective height of 1050mm. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and offers a degree of protection rated at IP65, IP67, and IP69K, suitable for environments requiring high levels of hygiene. The housing is made from FDA-approved hygienic polycarbonate (PC) with stainless steel end caps and a PVC cable. This part of the LS series type 4 safety light curtain features infrared (IR) light color and has a response time of 17.5ms. It includes 2 digital outputs (24Vdc; 500mA; sourcing; redundant OSSD solid-state outputs) and is capable of sensing distances from 10cm to 8.4m. The device is pre-wired with a 25ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads, operates on a 24Vdc supply voltage, and has a cable diameter of 63.5mm. The housing is yellow, and the beam spacing/pitch is 23mm, with a net height of 1211 mm.
