About the product
Banner Engineering BT18S, part of the Glass fiber series, is a fiber optic sensor designed with a diffuse-reflective system and bifurcated fiber in-line sensing. This sensor features a brass sensing end, glass fiber, and a stainless steel monocoil construction. It has a 1.6mm fiber core diameter and comes in a cylindrical shape with a threaded end tip. The BT18S has a length of 8ft / 2.44m and is capable of operating in ambient air temperatures up to +249°C.
