WAGO 2091-1724 is a picoMAX Pluggable Connection System connector designed for PCB applications, featuring a 4-pole male connector/plug configuration. It operates at a nominal voltage of 160V for overvoltage category III/3 and pollution degree 3, with the same rated voltage for category III/2, and a nominal voltage of 320V for category II/2. All categories have a rated impulse voltage of 2.5kV and a rated current of 10A. The connector has a single connection type with one level, a pin spacing of 3.5mm, and dimensions of 15.7mm in width, 7.1mm in height, with a height from the surface of 3.5mm, and a depth of 10.2mm. The solder pin length is 3.6mm with a diameter of 1mm, and it requires a drilled hole diameter of 1.2mm (+0.1mm tolerance). It features variable coding, anti-rotation protection, and allows plugging without loss of pin spacing, with a mating direction to the PCB of 0° but lacks locking of the plug-in connection and mismating protection.
