NI75U-CP80-AP6X2-B1141 Description

Turck NI75U-CP80-AP6X2-B1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and is equipped with a 4-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connection. This sensor is part of the NI...-CP80 series and features a rectangular body measuring H80mm x W80mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. It offers a protection degree of IP67, making it suitable for harsh environments. The supply voltage required for operation is 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It has a maximum switching frequency of 250Hz and is constructed from PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and the sensing face. The sensing distance is 75mm, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It features 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The current consumption is 15mA under no-load conditions.
