NI25-G47-AP4X Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI25-G47-AP4X is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. This sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and is equipped with a 2m pre-wired cable with bare end flying leads for connection. It falls under the NI...-G47 series and features a Pg36 fully threaded barrel shape for easy installation. The sensor is protected by a chrome-plated brass housing with a PA12-GF30 glass fiber reinforced Polyamide sensing face and a PA12-GF25 glass fiber reinforced Polyamide end cap, ensuring durability. It offers a sensing distance of 25mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. The sensor supports a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc, and can handle a maximum switching frequency of 100Hz. It provides one digital output (10-65Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The response time is 8ms, and the control circuit rated current is 200mA with a no-load current consumption of 15mA. The degree of protection provided is IP67, making it suitable for various industrial applications.
